2. Description
Chanwahkee is a global online retail store for selling different types of cutlery and kitchenware.
3. The Contract
The Contract shall be on these terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including any such terms and conditions that are purported to be included or applied by the Buyer. No terms and conditions contained in the confirmation of order, purchase order or other document of the Buyer will form part of the Contract.
When using Chanwahkee.com to place an order, you will provide your name, email address, mailing address payment information and telephone number.
Besides providing us with the above information about yourself, you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. Additionally, you are not considered to be under a disability to enter into a contract with us, whether it be because of an embargo in or against your jurisdiction or any other reason.
Please mention specifically when you have any questions before purchasing. Otherwise, buyer will be considered to fully agree all the terms and conditions.
4. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
To provide accurate details on product availability, our website is regularly updated.
We will try our best to keep product availability.
If the ordered items may not be available occasionally as listed for any reason, you will be notified by your email address registered on our website and that item(s) will be canceled from your order and where applicable, a refund shall be applied for the cost of the regarding item(s). We will not be responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer if goods are not supplied.
5. Price
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The price for the goods quoted on the website shall be exclusive of all costs of carriage and insurance and applicable import Tax/VAT/GST and duty which the buyer shall pay in addition. Shipping and insurance costs are calculated at checkout.
6. Payment
You can pay by using Paypal which can also accept some major credit cards. When providing credit card information, the credit card must be your own. If the credit card does not belong to you, you must have permission from the accountholder to use their card for your transactions.
Payment of the goods shall be settled at the time the order confirmation email is sent. Invoices with payment overdue by 7 days or longer may be canceled by Chanwahkee.
Please note, items will not be shipped until the transaction has been cleared.
Any use of fraudulent chargebacks simply to get free merchandise is not only strictly prohibited, but also criminal fraud, and will be dealt with by reporting such chargebacks to your local police department and a credit bureau, as well as referring the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction.

7. Order Confirmation
An email confirmation will be sent once payment is received. Once the order has been confirmed, the item(s) will be processed, packed and shipped out and thus, it will not be possible to cancel your order. In the event that you would like to cancel the order after delivery, you agree that the associated delivery charges will be deducted from your payment before any refund.
Any products on the order which we have not shown in the email confirmation that do not form part of that contract.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the email including the detail shipping information i.e your order tracking number, carrier and instructions on how to track your package and etc. Please keep this email as a reference.

8. Delivery
It is the responsibility of the buyers to provide the correct information and address. We will not be responsible for any delivery failures because of your incorrect address. If a shipment is returned as unclaimed, undeliverable, regardless of the reason, you will be liable for the shipping and handling fees that were associated with that shipment.
Deliveries are available for those wishing to use a PO Box address. Please check that your rental agreement includes signed-for/registered items. Due to the signed-for nature of deliveries, we recommend that items be sent to a work or home address in order to avoid any delays in receiving your items.
We shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the products. Any product are not available at the time of the buyer’s order will be sent to the buyer as soon as possible. The delivery period for the goods specified by Chanwahkee are intended to be an estimate only.

9. Returns & Exchanges
We would like try our best to ensure that you receive your order in a good condition. If you do not receive all your products, please email us at info@chanwahkee.com . In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please do contact us by info@chanwahkee.com

8. Sales Promotions
From time to time, Chanwahkee may offer sales promotion or discount, which are only applicable when checking out while the offer is still valid. Time limitation will be stated where applicable.
Please note that certain brands are excluded from all sales and promotions and certain restrictions apply. Chanwahkee reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate these offers at an earlier date without prior notice.
10. Coupon Code/Promotional code
Where a coupon code/promotional code is required for a discounted price, the code should be entered during the checkout process.
Customers should take care when entering codes, checking that the offer/credit has been applied.
Should you find that the code is unapplicable or invalid, please refer to the specific conditions for the code as the promotion may have already expired. Should you have difficulty in applying store credit to your order, please contact us via email at info@chanwahkee.com
Certain restrictions may apply:
- Coupon codes and discounts may not be used in conjunction in each order.
- Discount can be applied to regular priced items only, not including sale item and pre-order item .
- Upon the refund of items, 10% will be deducted from the total refund amount.
